Order Processing Time

Print-on-Demand Items (via Printful):
Orders are processed and fulfilled by our partner Printful. Fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days, after which your order is shipped. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

In-House Inventory:
Items we ship from our own inventory are processed within 5–7 business days. We carefully pack each order by hand to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.


Shipping Times

  • Domestic (Canada & US): Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after fulfillment.

  • International: Shipping times vary widely by destination, but typically take 10–20 business days.

Please note that shipping delays can occur due to customs, postal service issues, or high demand during holiday seasons.


Multiple Shipments

If your order includes both Printful and in-house items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You’ll receive tracking information for each package once they ship.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update.
